Pacific Marketplace spices up an otherwise staid meal – lunch - with an innovative sandwich menu available daily from 11am to 3pm. Freshly-baked at the hotel daily, the breads and sandwiches were created based on the five flavour profiles – sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami.

Salty - Broccoli, Carrot & Gruyere Cheese bread
Bitter - Charcoal squid ink bread
Umami - Sun Dried tomato Focaccia

Sour - Classic Tuna, mustard, avocado, on Sourdough bread

Bitter - Crabmeat salad on charcoal squid ink bread

Umami - Salami, Mortadella, Provolone, pepperoncino on sun dried tomato Focaccia
